Welcome to the Ultimate Tadpole Hive Alt Guide! This guide explains every aspect of building and efficiently using a tad alt!
This is explained in a simple way. This is the best tad alt you can run. This hive was made from information collected from top leaderboard blue hives.

Amulets
Supreme star amulet:
High Bee ability rate, 4%+ recommended.
High Instant conversion, to reduce fill.
Avoid Pollen stats as they will increase fill.
Scorching star
Pop star
Stick bug amulet:
Bee attack stats can be used to help in windy bee.
Supreme ant amulet:
+3 Player Movespeed.
+1 Bee attack.
Avoid Blue pollen stat.
King Beetle amulet:
+1 Bee attack
Avoid Blue flower field pollen and Bamboo field pollen stat.
Diamond/Supreme cog amulet:
This is optional, if your getting your alt to level 20, you may be able to do r 20/25.
If only you can comfortably do these on alt, you should get Ability Token Lifespan, Bee attack and Blue instant conversion, Avoid Blue Pollen and Bubble pollen stat.
Hive Composition & Detail
- 27 Tadpole bees.
- 6 Fuzzy bees.
- 4 Shocked bees.
- 4 Buoyant bees.
- 2 Bucko bees.
- Rage + Ninja + Hasty + Stubborn.
- Festive + Digital + Bear.
If you have Digital bee, try to get high drives of your color on it before switching to tad, and make sure the last drive used is corresponding to your color. If you do not have it you can run another shocked bee. You should always have 20h+ Motivating nectar on it for the BAR buff.
Mutations:
Movespeed > BAR >> Energy on Tadpole bees.
Movespeed > BAR >> Energy on Fuzzy bees.
Movespeed > BAR on Shocked, Rage, Ninja, Stubborn, Hasty bee.
BAR on Bucko bees.
BAR >> Energy on Buoyant bees.
BAR >> Energy on Event bees.
Beequips:
- Festive wreath, 6%+ base mark duration is recommended.
- 2 Snowglobes, on Bucko bees, +1% BAR as base.
- 3 Peppermint Antennas, on Shocked bees, try to get +1% BAR on them as hive bonus.
- 2 Paperclips, on Hasty bee and Shocked bee, try to get 4%+ ATL hive bonus on them, if both have Token Link you can remove a Tadpole bee for a Bucko bee to run it.
- Bead Lizard, on Stubborn bee, with Token Link.
- 2 Poinsettias, on Tadpole bees, try to get 20%+ Gather pollination chance on them.
- Smiley sticker, on Tadpole bee, with 1%+ Mark Duration as Hive bonus. (This is not needed, you can run it if you want since the Festive mark will last 0.1s longer, but it gives the bee some more energy).
Elaboration & Tweaks
- Scorching star is used because when it is activated it gives passive bag conversion so your bees will work, and when it ends it converts all pollen in your bag.
- Ungifted version of some bees is ran due to gifted bees making Inspire tokens which reduce efficiency of their main token purpose.
- Bear bee is used for more PMS (player movespeed), this is optional, you can also run a Puppy bee since the Puppy love buff gives 10% BMS (bee movepseed).
- Buoyant bees are used because of the Surprise party ability which helps a lot.
- Rage bee is used because it gives more attack which can be useful in Windy runs and killing Stump snail.
- The Beequips which give Token link are a must to run, they increase your alts token collection.
