Hi there, sorry for the late reply. It’s better to have a petal wand than have nothing while you waste mats & resources trying to get windy bee. Most blue hives during progression will utilise petal wand until they can get tide popper and on top of this, usually when you’re close to the third petal, your favour is much higher so it’s easier to unlock Windy Bee.
